When do I get my parcel?

What name will appear on my bank statement?
orbalife.com (some banks write ORBALIFE), because Orbalife is the shop selling this product. It's a single payment. If you accept an extra item after checkout, that item shows as its own payment on the same day. We have no subscriptions and we never charge a card later.
What if I need to cancel or fix my address?
Both are free until the parcel ships. Contact us and quote your order number. Already shipped? You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
What if it isn't right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to decide. Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next step. Your refund goes back to the card you used. See our Return and Refund Policy.
